Please note that only cash is accepted on the boat, no credit cards.

We reserve the right to resell your seat if you have not checked in at least 15 minutes prior to posted departure time, and you will not receive a refund due to your being late.

Weather Policy

Each vessel is U.S. Coast Guard inspected provides a safe stable ride with a U.S. Coast Guard licensed captain and crew onboard. Vessels are equipped with shade canopies and side curtains, or enclosed lounging areas so you’re assured of comfort – rain or shine. Due to the rapid changes in weather here in Florida, forecasts are not always reliable, we very seldom have rain that will last all day, therefore cruise cancellations are not based solely on weather forecasts. The captain will usually not cancel a cruise until very close to the time of the cruise, or may choose to delay departure. Thunderstorms, heavy rain, extreme cold, and/or steady winds in excess of 25 mph may cause a cruise to be canceled. We will contact you if the cruise is cancelled.

In the event that weather conditions are making the ocean too rough, we have an alternate swim stop inside of the Intracoastal Waterway called Lake Sylvia. This is a safe area with calm water where we can anchor. We will then deploy the water toys and enjoy swimming off the boat. The safety and comfort of our guests is always our priority.

Passengers must present valid government issued identification and be at least 21 or older to consume alcohol.

 

Refund/Rescheduling Policy

Tickets are Non-refundable, cannot be rescheduled unless Miami Boat Party cancels the event for weather or any other reason.
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded and cannot be rescheduled because your space is being guaranteed at the event. In the event that Miami Boat Party cancels the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule tickets (subject to availability) or receive credit for a future event or receive a full refund for deposits if event can not be reschedule with in 48hrs

 

• If transportation is provided, it will leave the meeting point 30 minutes before the event to the boarding area. If late, the reservation might be transferred to consecutive days without reason for refunds.

• For the safety of the event, due to weather or mechanical problems, the organizers can change the set itinerary, cancel water sports or cancel the event without any reason for reimbursement and both will be rescheduled in the next 48 hours

• The company is not responsible for any fraudulent use of this ticket, injuries or accidents during the event nor for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Failure to comply with any of the rules of conduct and safety before or during the event will result in expulsion without reimbursement.

• All tickets are validated with encrypted numbering by the company and counterfeiting is a crime and will result in denied access to the event. The acceptance of these conditions releases the organizer of the event from any liability, legal proceedings or any other. Claim forms are available at the Company’s offices since this is a company that promotes and sells events.

• .The organization reserves the right to refuse admission and the right to replace the space, premises or means of transportation for carrying out the event by one of similar conditions, there will be a 2 hour notice before the time of the event and this will be sent to the phone or email provided by the customer at the time of purchase. The duration of the event is an estimate, it could be shortened or extended on specific occasions. The company will do its best but the schedule is not guaranteed.

As per US Coast Guard Department of Homeland Security 33CFR 104.25:

Boarding the vessel is deemed valid consent to screening or inspection of persons, personal effects and any carry on items. Failure to consent or submit to screening or inspection will result in denial or revocation of authorization to board and no refund will be given.

Bringing alcohol on board is not permitted.

In the case a mechanical failure during the trip, the boat Party will continue at dockside.
